This is the time of year when Washington State PTA, along with each school’s PTA Legislative Chair, focuses attention on the upcoming Legislative season to advocate for our students and families.
This year, the campus in Olympia is closed to the public, which means the annual Focus Day event on the Capitol steps isn’t taking place. However, advocacy isn’t a one-day event, so this year a new effort is planned to keep members informed and engaged – not just during Focus Week, but throughout the session.

Friday, January 22 – Call to Action: Focus on safety and emergency preparedness
