Frequently Asked Questions:  If your question isn’t answered below, please email the Auction Planning Team.

How do I donate an item or service for the auction?  To make this as easy as possible, please print and fill out this form and return to the school front office or send a photo/scan of your completed form to the planning committee. If you’d prefer us to call you, please email with your email and best time to reach you.  Thank you for offering cool items our community will enjoy (and will bring in the $$ for Kellogg!)!

How do I become an event Sponsor? Click here! Becoming a sponsor and buying a ticker are built into the same purchase path.  Scroll down the page and you’ll see “Sponsorship” below the ticket and merch options. Thank you for helping us reach our fundraising goal to support Kellogg’s students and staff!

I love throwing parties and supporting the school!  How do I get involved? Please join us!  Volunteers are needed before, during, and after the event. We have a range of opportunities, too.  Email the planning committee and we can chat more.  Don’t know anyone?  Many of us didn’t know each other when we began planning the event, either!  Don’t let that stop you. Hope to talk to you soon!

What is included with the ticket?  All tickets include entry to the event and the heavy  hors d’oeuvres buffet.  Drinks are sold separately.  Don’t forget to purchase your Kellogg branded pint glass!

Why is the event 21 and over? Because we are selling alcohol at the event, we are required by our event license to restrict the event to only those of US legal drinking age. If you require childcare and are having trouble finding a sitter, let us know and we can send out a call through our kidsitting network to help you find someone.  We want everyone at the party!

What should I wear? The event theme is Kentucky Derby, so we anticipate folks dressing their fascinators & fedoras best.  This is also the Pacific Northwest and we tend to come as we are.  Both and anything in-between will be Derby Days fantastic.  We just want you to be at the party and have fun!

Will there be assigned seating? Everyone will be assigned a table, not seats.  This is to ensure full tables of 12 to balance team size for all who attend. This also brings together the Kellogg community when we may not all know each other.  Meet new trivia friends!  However, if you have a group you’d like to sit with, the best way to make sure you sit with them is to purchase a table and let us know who will be filling your table (you don’t need to know all names at time of purchase). You may also enter in the notes when buying tickets who you’d like to sit with and we’ll do our best to seat you at the same table (but no guarantees unless the table was purchased).

I bought a table, now what? If you are the purchaser, you will need to add the names and email addresses of your table guests.  Once this is done, an email will be sent to the email addresses provided that will include the event ticket plus a link for them to add their payment details for any purchases they make during the event.  If you are a table guest, please watch for an email coming from Auctria.  Reach out to us if you have any issues plugging in your details.  Table purchasers, please make sure all your guest’s info is complete before the event to ensure a smooth check-in.
