PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
Greetings, Kellogg Knights Families,
Can you believe we’ve made it through the first month of the school year?! I hope your students are feeling welcomed, engaged and enjoying navigating their way around Kellogg’s beautiful campus.
We, as your PTSA, are fully committed to doing all we can to make this year a great one, for all of our students, teachers and families. While we might not know exactly what extra programs & clubs will be offered at this time, please know that we are doing everything we can to support our community and be your advocate for the school.
This past month, we’ve met twice as a group to brainstorm our vision & goals and how we can best serve the school, students & staff. As this pandemic continues to sideline our in person presence at school, we are working hard to get creative to connect and continue to build community engagement. We have a lot of wonderful ideas on the pipeline that we are excited about. We will keep you informed throughout the school year, as these events and volunteer opportunities arise.
Want to be involved with the school community?? We’d love to have you join our PTSA as a member or on our team. We have a fantastic group this school year, and we are still looking to complete our team with these two open positions: Co-President and FACE. If any of these roles speak to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’d also love to invite you to our next General Membership meeting, held virtually on October 21st at 7pm. We will send the Zoom link out, as the date nears.
We appreciate all your support and partnership, and your willingness to make Kellogg Middle School a fun and enjoyable space for our students and staff.
