Greetings Kellogg Knight Families,
Our 2021-22 school year at Kellogg Middle School is quickly approaching and we, as your PTSA, would like to welcome you to our amazing school and community.
As we approach this path of returning to a “new norm” of learning, we are hopeful to have more in-person events and gatherings this school year. Our focus as your PTSA, is to help rebuild our school community connection, while providing enriching & enjoyable programs, clubs and activities, for the students, staff & families. This year, we will still face new challenges, as we continue to navigate through this pandemic, but we will strive to meet the needs of all of our students, families and Kellogg Staff.
It’s the community & culture that makes KMS such a wonderful school. If you’d like to join our team, get involved and help, we’d love to have you serve on our PTSA board. Some of the open positions that are still available are: Co-President and Family Engagement as well as some committee chairs. If you are interested in how you can help our PTSA this year, or want to know more about open positions, please do not hesitate to contact me at: president@kelloggptsa.org
Can’t commit to serving on the PTSA board, but still want to help? One of the biggest ways to support the school & students is to join our Kellogg PTSA as a member. By joining the PTSA, your membership will help strengthen our collective voice, when advocating in Olympia for our school and students. Your membership also helps to fund after school programs & clubs, community & family support, and our amazing teachers for their classrooms.
We look forward to keeping you informed, connected and we are open to hear your ideas and input. We hope we can eventually step foot inside our beautiful new school, enjoy musical plays, concerts, sports and strengthen our school community bond.

We are excited for the students to begin this school year at Kellogg, create new friendships and see what resilience we all shall overcome. Kellogg Strong! Go Knights.
Sincerely, Casie Tubbs -PTSA President & Team
